Refund and Credit Policy
Failed videos, credit returns and purchase support.
Each video is charged once. If it fails, its credits are returned once, automatically, and you can start a new video. Credits from a pack never expire.
A finished video is delivered as an AI-generated result and may differ from your expectations. Deleting a finished task does not return credits.
Credit returns and payment refunds are different. A cash refund requires a review of the purchase; contact support with the order reference.
