How photos, videos, account details and task records are handled.
Choosing a photo first creates a preview in your browser. A draft may stay in this browser for up to 24 hours so you can return after signing in or buying credits.
When you generate, your photos are uploaded to private storage tied to your account and sent to our video model provider for processing and content checks. The provider's own retention rules apply to its copies.
Photos and results are kept for seven days, and only the owning account can open or download them. Deleting a finished task removes its results and any photos not used by another saved task.
We keep account identifiers, billing records, credit transactions and minimal task records to run and recover the service. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider.
